Exercise Classes

You can choose from 20 weekly sessions across 7 different class styles – there is something for every level and goal.

Our exercise classes are run in small groups to ensure everyone receives the attention they deserve. Each program is built around your personal goals, with a tailored plan designed to help you move safely and effectively toward your best results.

We provide close supervision at every session to make sure that your technique is correct to prevent injury and maximise results.

Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after a break, or looking to take your training to the next level, there’s something for everyone—and for every budget.

The classes that we run are:

  • Parkinson’s Hour of Power
    Exercise classes for anyone living with Parkinson’s or Parkinsonism. These classes are designed to help you change the course of your Parkinson’s, improve on things you cannot do so well anymore, and to maintain fit and healthy, all in order to live well with Parkinson’s
  • Balance
    When your balance is not what it used to be, you may have had a fall or are afraid to fall, then these classes are just what you need.
    We provide you with a safe environment to challenge your balance, help to prevent falls, or if you do fall, fall in such a way that you may not hurt yourself as much, and are able to get back up from the ground again.
  • Bone Building
    If you have been diagnosed with osteopenia, osteoporosis or still have strong bones but are at risk of losing bone density.
  • Strong & Healthy Bodies
    Strength, fitness and conditioning to make everyday movements in daily life easier so you can keep doing what you were always able to do or want to get back to.
  • Brain Boost
    When you want to work on improving memory, attention, executive functioning, or slow down any decline. When you just want to improve general brain health by boosting blood flow to the brain, increase neuroplasticity, reduce brain inflammation & oxidative stress and improve glucose metabolism. Our Brain Boost classes will surely help you with that!
  • Cancer Wellness
    For anyone living with cancer, to boost energy, reduce treatment effects and support physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Medical Training
    When you have been in our classes and have reached your goals and now you want to maintain these achievements, but you would like to continue to exercise in a gym setting without the gym feeling, with a proper exercise program that is made specifically for you that changes with you as you change. Sessions are by appointment only.
